zebrina indoor plant Tradescantia Zebrina 'Wandering Dude'Tradescantia Zebrina, known as the Zebra Plant or Wandering Dude, is one of the most visually striking trailing plants you can grow. In bright light the silvery portions seem to sparkle. It grows quickly, trails beautifully from hanging baskets and shelves, and is one of the most rewarding

Tradescantia Zebrina, known as the Zebra Plant or Wandering Dude, is one of the most visually striking trailing plants you can grow. Its oval leaves have two broad, silvery-white stripes running down a rich green to deep purple upper surface, while the undersides are an intense, uniform magenta. In bright light the silvery portions seem to sparkle. It grows quickly, trails beautifully from hanging baskets and shelves, and is one of the most rewarding fast-growing plants for any collection.

Good for beginners? Yes. Tradescantia Zebrina is easy, adaptable, and incredibly fast-growing. It tolerates a range of conditions and roots easily from cuttings.

Safe for cats and dogs? Tradescantia is considered mildly toxic to pets if ingested and can cause skin irritation. Keep out of reach of cats and dogs.

Light needs: Bright indirect light to some direct morning sun produces the most vivid silver and purple coloring. In lower light the silver stripes fade and the plant becomes mostly green. More light equals more color.

Care at a glance: Water when the top inch of soil is dry. Feed monthly in spring and summer. Pinch back tips regularly to keep it full and bushy rather than sparse and trailing. It grows very quickly and benefits from regular trimming.

Ships fresh from one of our two greenhouse locations in a nursery pot. Covered by our 30-Day Plant Guarantee. Free shipping on orders $149+.

Puppy loves it!!!!
Flavor Name: REAL Maplewood, Size: Puppy Small
This is by far the best chew bone that I’ve bought my puppy. And I’ve bought many! Just got it yesterday, she loves it! All ready ordered another one for car rides. I have a frenchie puppy. This will be the only one I get while she’s a puppy.

These are quite large for a puppy
Flavor Name: REAL Bacon/REAL Maplewood, Size: Puppy Tiny (2-Pack)
These are advertised as puppy but I wish there were still different sizes for the different sizes of puppies. It seems extra small dogs are left out of alot of things. My older larger dog seems to like these but shes only touched it once because these are also quite hard. And my tiny puppy wants to chew these but theyre so big she cant even get ahold of it. I wish there were more options for very small dogs/puppies. Because they seemed to really like these and wanted them but just cant chew them...

Finally a toy that isn’t destroyed in 7 minutes
This really is virtually indestructible! My dog is an aggressive tour and she has given this thing the business more often than not, and it does not even have a hole in it! My dog enjoys it immensely! It’s easy to take places. I love that it’s bright yellow and easy to see so I don’t trip over it! Definitely suitable for aggressive chewers!

Great choice for heavy chewers
Perfect for dogs that chew hard! Ours shred comparable toys at every turn, but this has held up beautifully. We’ve had it for a few months and it’s got minor wear and tear, but it is easy for them to play with, hardy, and worth every penny.

Durable, Fun, soft enough to not break teeth
Finally found a quality toy that our 75lb Black Mouth Cur hasn't destroyed in 5 minutes! In fact it's been a few months now. There are teeth marks, but she hasn't been able to take a chunk out of it yet. It even has some bounce to it when you toss it. And she finds it fun. Veterinary dentists recommend toys that are soft enough that you can leave a fingernail print in for toys that are less likely to break teeth, unlike bones and antlers. This is that toy! (My other dog broke both of her upper 3 rooted premolars on a Nylabone - healthy roots but the slab fracture exposed the pulp and had to be removed. Healthy roots are more difficult to remove. Dentists say those and antlers are money makers. 😭)
